Garnet in color and medium-high intensity, clean and bright. On the nose it maintains its youth with aromas of red fruit, strawberry, cherry and dairy touches, assembled with the aromas of its aging in wood such as vanilla, coffee or tobacco. Sweet entry into the mouth, with body and medium-high acidity, soft tannin that gives it length and persistence. The fruit and aging in the mouth are also very present. Ideal to accompany vegetables, stews, meats, roasts, game and all types of cheeses.
