This wine exhibits a fresh and expressive bouquet that is both delicate and layered with aromatics of Bosch pear, stone fruits, lemon curd, flint stone, fresh white flowers, and honey. Subtle notes of rose petals, rock minerals and toasted tree nuts elevate this wine to other dimensions.
Unbelievably balanced with incredible mouthfeel, flavor, and verve giving backbone and decadence to this delicious white! Ends with a long tangerine finish.

The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc Uboldi Vineyard is bright and beautifully translucent in the glass. Lemon peel, white flowers, mint, crushed rocks and sage give the 2019 unreal complexity. Deceptive in its mid-weight structure, the 2019 packs a good deal of punch. Give it a good bit of air. There's a lot of wine here. The 2019 was done mostly in cement, with a touch of neutral oak.
