Golo is made from Sangiovese grapes blended with a small percentage (5%) of Alicante. Transparent, ruby red in color with slight violet hues, it is soft on the palate.

A blend of crushed raspberry, sage and cedar wafts up from the 2022 Rosso di Montepulciano II Golo. This is fruit-focused with juicy acidity and violet inner florals that form toward the close. It finishes fresh and with medium length, calling the taster back to the glass with its salted licorice traces.
