The 2021 Pinot Gris Furd is grown on deeper marls, aged in tank and clay amphora. Vines were planted in 1983/1984. A subtle scent of white peach and yellow pear signal Pinot Gris; however, the palate is taut and fresh while preserving Pinot Gris' rounder texture. The interplay of lemon and phenolics is a joy on this restrained Alsace Pinot Gris. The finish is full of fruit. (Dry)
