Intense, bright, clean and translucent yellow. On the nose it is very expressive, complex, ripe fruit with white flesh, low tide and sourdough. On the palate it enters explosively, its unctuousness envelops its vibrant acidity, with a very marked salinity and long persistence. Pairs well with Thai food, pasta with creamy sauces (Carbonara), grilled oily fish and resistant European cheeses, such as Cruiller, Edam or Touza Vella.
