Piedrasassi P. S. Syrah 2020

The "P.S." Syrah is our most important cuvée. It is an introduction to our winemaking philosophy and the product of our evolution in coastal cool-climate California Syrah. The 2020 vintage was a late vintage, and we were happy to have picked just before October's heat waves rolled in. Upon first taste, the 2020 "P.S." Syrah has notes of wild blueberries, lavender, and black pepper. Over time, the wine boasts flavors of leather, olive, sous-bois, and brine.
