The 2023 Etna Bianco Superiore lifts from the glass with a spicy bouquet as dusty florals come together with hints of ginger, crushed rocks and nectarine. It's soothingly round in feel, building tension in the glass as saline minerals combine with brisk acidity and tart orchard fruits. The 2023 tapers off crunchy and long, closing with a salty flourish and notes of sour lime that tug at the cheeks. A minty herbal resonance slowly fades.
