With character, fresh, fruity and easy to drink. Leira Pondal, is the expression of the youngest vineyards of Pazo Pondal Winery, one of the best selling Albariños. Complex balsamic nose, in the remarkable mentholated and cut grass notes, typical of our vineyards, accompanied by persistent flowers. Citrus notes also appear where lime stands out, wich combines with notes of white fruit such as pear. It also highlights certain saline notes that combine with stone fruits, such as white plum or nectarine. Wide and fat mouth in wich notes of white fruit, flowers and citrus appear. At the same time it is fresh, persistent and with a pleasant finish. The food pairing is fish and sushi, as well as with pasta and white meat.
