The 2022 Sparkling St. Laurent is delicate and understated in feel. Kirsch, rose petal, spice and mint all grace this very pretty Pet-Nat. There's about six grams of residual sugar in this release, just enough to be noticeable, but the sweetness is not especially distracting.
