The 2020 Rully La Chaume Rouge has a lovely nose with brambly red fruit and hints of sous-bois - very well-defined. The palate is quite strict, spicy on the entry, not deep but with tension and race on the finish. A kind of minimal Rully, one that is very well-crafted.
