The 2019 Torcolato is youthfully withdrawn with nuances of peach preserves, apricot skins and sweet smoke. This is silky-smooth yet lifted in style with a sweet and sour mix of tropical fruits and florals. The balance within is beautiful, nearly masking its 160 grams of residual sugar. The 2019 tapers off incredibly long and confectionery, yet fresh. Give this at least a few years of cellaring to allow its bouquet to fully blossom.
