The 2019 The Owl & The Dust Devil Icon Blend is a blend of 50% Malbec, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Petit Verdot and 10% Tannat. A dull purple in color. The predictably complex nose offers ripe blackberry and plum with hints of mint, herbs and red pepper. It's intense in the mouth, with firm tannins that provide structure and mild freshness. The flavors linger at length.

Light notes of strawberry and peppercorn are followed by oak spice on the nose. A concentrated palate features intense oak flavors over subtle red and black fruit. It finishes with notes of vanilla.
