The NV (2016) Brut Rose is an unusual wine in that it is rich, ample and big in texture, certainly more so than the Blancs de Blancs. That's the result, of blending in 25% Pinot from Bouzy, where the wines are naturally very rich both in flavor and texture. Bright red cherry, mint, flowers and chalk all race from the glass in the super-expressive and wonderfully inviting Rose Champagne from Moncuit. I loved it. Dosage: 8 gr/L. Disgorged: July, 2019.

Lightly sweet and juicy, with lively acidity and a frothy bead supporting flavors of candied strawberry, spring blossom, mango and biscuit. Disgorged May 2017. Drink now.
