The 2022 Vermentino di Gallura Limizzani is understated with cooling smoke, dusty sage and green melon. This is a soft and enveloping effort with citrus-tinged acidity and a salty sensation that emerges toward the close. It leaves a touch of candied lime while finishing a bit short yet wonderfully fresh and clean.
